The Center for Wooden Boats

The Center for Wooden Boats preserves and celebrates the Northwest's maritime heritage through a variety of hands-on activities and classes.

Come to CWB for hands-on maritime experiences using our fleet of historic wooden boats. You can visit us in Seattle or on Camano Island. Our livery (our fleet of boats for rent) operates year-round renting sail and rowboats to the public. We also offer many classes in sailing and other skills for adults and youth as well as one-on-one sailing lessons. Many events happen at The Center for Wooden Boats and you are invited to explore our docks every day of the year.

Our February SailNOW session is sold out! But there's still room in April! Session starts April 15, and gives you just enough time to become a sailor before summer hits. Register here: http://cwb.org/sailnow
